Dear Shirley- I've only just picked up on this, so would like to add my best wishes to everyone else's. It must have been such a shock for you, but thank goodness it was picked up on so quickly. It must have been so disappointing to miss your holiday, but as Eleanor said, thank goodness you weren't abroad when it happened.

Wishing you a good recovery and hoping that they will get everything sorted for you soon.
